Does Studly only give the final answer?
No. Studly is designed to explain the reasoning and concepts behind a solution so you can solve similar problems on your own. You choose how much help you want — a hint, a guided walkthrough, the full solution, or the concept taught first.
What math levels does Studly support?
Studly is built for learners from middle school through college, across topics from arithmetic and algebra to trigonometry, calculus, and statistics. It adapts the explanation to your level rather than aligning to one specific curriculum.
Can Studly check my own solution?
Yes. Photograph the steps you wrote yourself and Studly reads them, checks each one, and tells you which step went wrong — not just that the final answer was.
How does verification work?
Where the mathematics can be checked, Studly re-computes the answer independently with a symbolic maths engine — not by asking the same AI a second time. The reasoning steps are explained, not formally proved, and when something can't be verified, Studly says so rather than sounding confident anyway.
Is Studly free?
Yes — the free plan includes 5 AI Assists a day with two follow-up questions each. Studly Plus raises that to 20 a day, routes your answers to a stronger model, and adds solution verification and personalised practice. Current pricing is shown on the in-app paywall.
Is Studly a replacement for a teacher?
No. Studly is a learning companion designed to support classroom instruction, independent study, and practice — not to replace a teacher.
How do I sign in, and how is my data handled?
No passwords — sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code. Studly is for learners aged 13 and over. Photos of your work are deleted automatically after 90 days, and problems sent for solving carry no name or email. See the privacy policy for details.
Will Studly support subjects beyond math?
Mathematics is the initial focus. Additional study tools and subjects may be introduced in future updates.
